PhenomX Health is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about you when you use our mobile application (“App”),  website functionalities, participate in our online questionnaires and/or scientific wellness programs. By completing questionnaires, enrolling in our programs (either via us or a certified business partner),  downloading or using the App and website functionalities, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information about you, such as your name, email address, birthdate, phone number and other contact information (“Your Profile Info”), when you register for an account with us or interact with the App and website functionalities. In addition, a questionnaire or the App and website functionalities may collect health and nutrition-related data, such as your weight, height, age, health issues and dietary preferences, and scientific wellness test results to provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to you (“Your Wellness Info”).

-   provide the App, website, scientific wellness products and other features to you;
-   personalize and improve the App, website functionalities and our services;
-   communicate with you about the App, website functionalities and our services;

-   generate your personalized recommendation email report: including diet, lifestyle and products;

-   protect our rights and property and the rights and property of our users.

-   service providers who assist us in operating the App, website functionalities and our services, such as hosting and payment processing;

Please note WE DO NOT COLLECT and DISCLOSE the information in the Emotions diary.
